I thougt i could post my own facepacks im doing for the new manimal 5.0.
Some of the picturenames will probably be wrong since some of the players has different DOB on the officiall websites and the DB. Then every player probably wont be in the DB. But im uploading it anyways, its no force to download.
Cheers. WHL Megapack

You should be able to update your original post in the this thread yourself (can you see an Edit button at the top of your post? I'm fairly certain I have enabled editing for this forum). However I will of course update the Download Database as and when you release additional packs.

Yeah saw it just now. Because like a year ago when i did facepacks you could just edit like 15 minutes after the post, so you had to do it for me. But now i se it works properly so i will do it by myself. thanks.
Well, I guess I'll give them a shot. Will you release a full pack? Downloading teams one by one is a pain in the neck. Also, please pay more attention to Russian names, Gogolev is wrong.

The first five QM teams can be downloaded in one zip file by following the link in my post above. I'll post another compilation once Daelh has done a few more teams.
I agree with Aahlstroem - I think facepacks without any sort of card design are absolutely fine. Cards do look great, but they're so much time and effort for relatively little benefit. Daelh's work is very good indeed IMHO.
To me these are the best "non-card" facepacks I have seen. They are clear and crisp and look really good. As for the names:
1. It could be that an English name is incorrect in there just as easily as a Russian one.
2. The Cyrillic spelling is going to completely limit English and non-Russian speakers in their efforts to do add ons such as this. It takes more time for that person to go and check the game each and every time he makes a card for a Russian player.
***Note: Although I personally think the Cyrillic spelling in this game of Russian names is idiotic, and it is causing me not to actually try the database at all....it is the perogative of those putting in the work to update EHM and make the rosters to do what they wish with it. Therefore this is my final (I made one other) comment on the situation. Allesandro, your time and efforts in this game are 2nd to none other than people like archi and manimal (lidas in the past) and I hope you continue the work for all those who will continue to use future updates..***
I may one day use the updated versions again and just never ever have a Russian on my team. But seeing Cyrillic spelled names will kill me when I am playing against the Pens or Caps and see guys I recognize (and are recognized internationally and WORLDWIDE) with their Anglicized spellings. All the research databases spell in English. But to each their own.

I think these look great. And I can defenitly speak to cards taking alot of effort. The main reason I'm not making a card set this year. (and never did get the WHL finished last year). It just took too much time.
Sorry i havent answered. Thanks for the positive feedback. I wont do facepack in any other style than this, because this is how ive played forever and im not doing the facepacks for you to download. Im doing them for myself then uploading it if someone wants it Im using spelling/DOB from the officiall websites of the teams, thats why some names/dob could be wrong. But its not that hard to change.
If someone could find a picture of Barbashev in good quality with the Moncton Wildcats jersey that would be great. Just post the link here and i will update the Moncton Wildcats pack. Its a picture of Barbashev with team russia jersey now, because i couldnt find with Wildcat jersey.
