Ive never had this problem before I got this laptop, when I try to scroll it hella accelerates downwards, and if I have my curser on anything when I let go, it clicks. This never happens in any program on my computer EXCEPT east side hockey manager. Its all updated and whatnot and the exact same as it was on my last computer, but still Maple Leafs up
my computer is an MSI CX61 if that helps any

The reserve list, or rostor page. I use the side bit of my touchpad and swipe up and down like I would on a webpage, but it doesnt let me scroll up on the page very well and it tries to go down every time I scroll

Sounds like it doesn't like your scroll pad (I gave up with the scroll pad on my laptop). Try just using the touchpad instead to click and drag the bars.
