Questions from a newbie about practice

Post by CSparkes12 »

I read the 3INT/3MED guide and have it setup but im a little hazy on how to actually practice.. When I go to the practice screen and hit select all, then click ok, does that make them practice? Or am I doing this wrong.. Also for practising, how many times should I practice per day? Should I practice on game days? How long should I keep a player on a certain schedule before I change it? Sorry for the barage of questions, Im just really confused. Thanks

You don't control the frequency or decide when the player actually practice. Threat it as if they were practicing everyday, which is I believe how it is affected. Therefore the select all options is used to quickly change your players from a type of training to another. If you select all and then change the schedule of any players that was selected in the process, it will change all the other players as well to that schedule.

As for how long you keep them on a certain type of practice, there is no real answer to that. You can change them every 2 weeks or months. Different players need different type of training. Also the 3 int/ 3 med schedule will work with younger players and those with high stamina but the older veterans may get overwhelmed. I often have to put Markov on resting and then I assign him to all general and he gets tired.
