I love it, even though I don't love Forsberg.

Didn't watch the link, but I'm pretty sure we're talking about the "season start" commercials.
As for the posted one, I always though the Forsberg part is great... but that lady next to him kills it so badly - I haven't seen acting that bad since... well, since I last saw that lady try to realistically say "He's just here to remind you that the season started."
My favorite, though, I'd have to say is Crosby's commercial... eventhough I don't like him.

The Cheechoo one sucks. He's just sitting there on a surfboard next to a couple other surfers and there's just the sound of waves for a while until the guy asks what he's doing here and the girl says 'to remind you about the season'. It would've been much funnier to see people screaming and rushing out of the water and then see Cheechoo floating on a surfboard saying "What? I just wanted to tell them that the season's started". He is a Shark, after all

Agreed on the Cheech one, they kind of hint at it by saying keeping it close on the two surfers with them saying "Boy it's pretyy glassy today huh?" because there's always that kind of eerie calm before someone gets mowed on in the Jaws movies
but they kinda blow the follow-through on it.
I also don't quite understand why Turco doesn't want the radio on in his carpool in his add where the dad goes to turn on the stereo and Turco stickcheck's his hand from the button... but I'm sure the budget wasn't that gigantic and it is at least good to see the league highlighting it's stars so it it's a step in the right direction.
If they'd have had someone consulting on the project that has comedic improvisation experience, like say me, they'd have been more aware of how to quickly set up a reference joke and make sure that it "hits" people more effectively, not to mention improv actors would have been a giant improvement for the ads but I bet the people are all sons, daughters, wives etc of the production team or something.
