Hi Juddy -- I tried to send you a PM but I don't have that ability, apparently.
Just a thought -- leagues seem to have trouble getting GMs to begin with. If you have a group of GMs interested I am very fond of my current league and would like to see if we can bring some of your GMs, including yourself, into the fold.
