Can you post a screen shot of your team so we can look at it and critique and advise?

Also, what have you done with your tactics and training?

Do you still have Brad Stuart? Or is Thornton there because of the trade? Oh nevermind, that's what it looks like. The top of the roster isn't there. Who are your coaches? I like your additions. Let me know who your coaches are, your record, PP%, PK%, goals for average and goals against average and I will try and leave a detailed post.

The top of the roster: Toskala and Nabokov. :)

That seems to be a defense with plenty of physical play and solid defensive guys. I would look around for another power-play QB.

Ok, I'm not an expert, but here's what I would do:

Eckman-Marleau-Cheechoo
Staal-J. Thornton-Dimitakros
Cooke-Madden-Michalek
S. Thornton- McCauley-Parker

McLaren-Hannan
Souray-Preissing
Davison-Stevens

Nabakov
Toskala

I put Marleau and J. Thornton on separate lines just like the real sharks. I think you could change the wingers on either line to your preference. I think you should use line matching and match your 3rd to their 1st. On your third line use defensive, man to man, and individually set your lw to check their rw, your c to check their c , and your rw to check their lw.

On defense I put Scott Stevens on the 3rd pairing so you can save him for either PP or PK duty. Also, put Marleau, Joe Thornton, and Cheechoo on your 1st PP unit and have Madden and McCauley on the 1st PK unit.

Bump up the PP and PK training on the practice screen to 30-35% for about a month and I bet those numbers will improve. Another thing is to set at least one D-man from each line to defensive and join rush to no.

I hope this helps.

P.S. click on your profile on the top of the page and select your sharks jersey and logo, then you'll be cool like us 8-)

If you coach games, set your best shooters to shoot and your best passers to pass and removing the "simple pass" command.

A good thing could be setting your best hitters to hit hard!

I think also that you need a puck-moving defensema. McLaren is wanted maybe you could snap up a gonchar or a visnovski

Have you tried setting your tactics to `high forecheck'? I'm currently on an ECHL game, have played 20 games, average 29 shots a game, while conceding an average of only 19 shots per game.
