Wow, that's quite the big trade today!

SCCP traded Milan Lucic and Alex Pietrangelo
to BBS for Alex Ovechkin and Seth Jones

I like the trading side of things. I feel more of it needs to happen. I don't think I gave up much in this to get 2 quality players.

Yet...you would never ever recognize a good trade offer when you saw one. LOL. All you ever did was try to rip me off. LOL.

Maybe you should come out of retirement to try and coax me into a trade with you...

...There are other reasons you should come back though...

No time...not gonna happen. League got too boring as well with people not interested in making real trades, and not enough activity.

to tell the truth, I have lost interest in alot of things hockey. Just burned out on it for now.

Sorry guys I have to quit. I know I haven't been active for several months and am sorry for it. It would be fair to give my team (Prague Dead Parrots) to someone else. I barely have time to follow hockey and even less to follow NHL.
It was fun some years ago tough. Thank you for it.

I'd be OK with the 28th, but maybe the following Sunday (October 5th) would be better?
The regular season starts October 8th...so waiting until the 5th would give us a better idea about NHL rosters, injuries, etc

Yes 5th would be better for that reason, but if have the draft on the 28th then we get a new manager to take over a team. He won't take a team if he can't make the draft. And we need managers. I have one more guy interested in coming in

My name is Adam, I've just moved from Vancouver to Ottawa and am taking over one of the teams in the league. I've played fantasy hockey leagues for years now but never in a keeper league.

Either Sunday works for me for the draft.

Not happy with ESPN! I set my team early, had myself 2 C's, 2 Lw's, 2 Rw's, 3 D, 1 G. Made some trades to get my keepers as I wanted... They've now changed my players positions, I know have too many forwards and not enough D, and I have to drop a FW!
