There is a new segment in the downloads forum for EHM:EA.
http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/viewforum.php?f=75
I'm not sure which facepack would be the best one at the moment, but take your pick. You can always add more, if you feel like it. What I would recommend though, is the TBL Database, because the game is not licensed (yet?), so you'll need the TBL database to get all the correct players and teams.

I'll ask Riz if he can remove second nationality players from these lists
Actually there are some naturalized players that are and will represent Croatia, but most from the list are not. Bezina, Sarich, Petrovic, Mitchell and Vlasic are not "Croats" by IIHF, while Alex Petrovic is serbian origin, not Croatian.
Kinasewich, Katic, Popovic and Dekanich are Croats (Kinasewich and Dekanich will play for Croatia in upcoming WC), while Katic and Popovic both has croatian passports and they are future NT-ers (they expressed their wish to stay in Medvescak and to play for Cro)
So list of top players for Croatia should be :
Rendulic Borna - Colorado
Katic Mark - Medvescak
Dekanich Mark - Medvescak
Popovic Mark - Medvescak
Kinasewich Ryan - Medvescak
Murray Andrew - Medvescak (he is going to play for Croatia this year)
Jacmenjak Igor - Zagreb
Novak Michael - Veu Feldkirch
Sertich Andy - Dornbirn
Martinovic Sasa - Medvescak
Top youth players
Platuzic Renato - Medvescak U20/Croatia U20
Jankovic Ivan - Zagreb/Croatia U20
Milicic Matija - Zagreb/Croatia U20
Gjoni Fran - SaiPa U20/Kettera (their farm team)
Nikolic Vito - Dubnica U18 (he is goalie)
Medvescak 2 should be listed in Senior league, not Elite league

because they are playing only cro league
http://www.eliteprospects.com/team.php?team=2930 this is team croatia from past U20

I guess you want the list to show Primary Nationality or where the player has declared that nation.

I think list of "top players" should be those players who are eligible to play for that country.

Same for youth

Personally, I would say all you need is TBL Rosters 7.3 (
here), and the latest logo pack (
here).
Those two things, and you should be good to go
Beyond that, you can check out some facepacks. Not sure what to recommend, though; I could use some advice there myself...

Just bought and downloaded the game through Steam but it says that I can't play it on my current platform. I have a MacBook so I guess it doesn't work on Mac yet? Archibalduk, do you know when or if the game will be available for Mac? And also, is it possible to play the game through some app like WineBottler etc that you could do with EHM 2007?

I'm not aware of any immediate plans to support the Mac.
However, I understand people have been able to get it working using PlayOnMac:

Hallo, I read that the database is not as hard coded as the last EHM,
1. do you think that is going to be more like FM in the "finally version", so you can make smaller leagues playble with a editor? Sorry for bad English
2.And another question, how many Finnish leagues are playable in this early acces.

1. Probably not in this version, no. If the game makes a permanent return (i.e. if enough people but the Early Access game) then who knows how much more advanced the game might become.
2. Currently the Liiga and Mestis. But I think there is a chance the Suomi Division might appear in the future.

Ok, I really hope for soumi divisions, I remember I played with Nokian and started in the third league and won the fm liiga after 9 nine years, it was I good time. So I hope for more smaller leagues cause you can't have a greater feeling then build a team from the bottom

I'll drop him a PM, so is there no "official" research going on? Just the TBL roster updates?

I agree with you. And because of that I would like to see more smaller leagues from Europe such as Poland, Latvian, Italian, France...in EHM 2007 I won european champions cup with Valerenga after 20 or so seasons

Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it's worth getting at the moment if you already have 07. Easiest way to convince me and probably a lot of others to buy it would be adding 30 player online mode which would finally allow online leagues to move on from EHM 05.

30 player offline hotseat play has been added already. So as soon as online mode has been enabled, you should be able to have 30 GM multiplayer games.
