Never mind, I found it.

Took longer than I remembered to download, though.

I'm trying to install my second license of EHM and I'm getting this error:
"Unable to or install license
Retrieval of license failed with error code=18
Relicensing is not allowed. The availability of licenses for this Order ID has expired."
Now my order has been installed on 2 previous computer, and honestly I can't remember if I've uninstalled it from my first machine or not. Is that what this error means? I can fix that easy I think.
The expired issue concerns me. I bought this back in 2006, am I not allowed to install licenses anymore?

When buy the game tou get two licenses, so if you have installed on two computers you have already used them.
But if you lost one when you reformate your computer you must go to eLicense's site and fill a form and they will help you as soon as possible.
I had this problem when I had to reformate my computer and I got the new license within two hours.
Here's the form:

Well that was quick and painless. Elicense support seems to be pretty decent.

Hmm, now the thing is this.
My comp is like completely messed up, so i am going to have to format the whole thing. Now for EHM, i can't open the eLicense Control thing. I double click on it, and nothing happens. I've tried like everything i can think of.. So there is no way to unlicense the game. It's my only code, and i really don't want to buy a new one. So can anyone help me?

You can also try right-clicking on ehm2007.exe and there should be eLicense menu. Works for me fine.

I got a question.
I was having problems with a corrupt save, so I decided to re-install the game.
Now, I re-installed with a clean folder and could immediatly play the game. Just wondering, if they didn't ask for my elicense, is it still installed? I have the folder in my control panel.

The license is still active. As long as you don't unlicense the game it stays active.

Is that for EHM 2005 or EHM 2007? If it's for 2007, I think the CD is just a backup copy of the file you download. It doesn't actually contain a product code that is used to install the software. You should have an email receipt from eLicense that will have the info you need to license the software.

Its for 2007.It also has copies of soccer and baseball on it.The product code is printed right on the cd.Ive been able to load the game just unable to register it.
I sent an email to elicense,we'll see where that goes.

A game CD for 2007 with copies of soccer and baseball on it with a product code? I've never heard of such a thing.

Hi Mortex. There are two ways to buy the game:
1) Load EHM and click on the 'Purchase' button.
2) If that is not working then try purchasing from their online webstore:
https://www.elicense.com/sigames/store/index.asp
If you use their webstore then you can pay using a number of credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. If you are having difficulty using your credit card then I suggest you try using PayPal instead.
Once you purchase the game using the webstore you will receive an e-mail with your activation code.

I'm moving this weekend, and selling one of my computers (one with EHM).
Of course - of the most important things to do (except from removing all saved passwords) is to unlicence the game. I opened the control panel, but couldnt open the e-licence folder. I downloaded ExplorerXP as B. Stinson suggested:
B. Stinson wrote:Good news, I managed to get it un-inSTALLed. So, for any of you future beings reading this post many eons from now, here's how I did it:
Apparently, the reason this eLicense folder doesn't open is because of Windows XP. And in
This thread, there's a link to
This program called ExplorerXP. What it's for, I have no clue, but you can use it to unlicense something if your normal eLicence Control folder doesn't open. Just run ExplorerXP > navigate the the .EXE file for you game(ehm2007.exe, in my case) > then right-click the EXE file, and you'll have an 'eLicense Control' option in the right-click menu. Then simply find 'unlicense' and you're golden.
...but for some weird reason (old program?) I couldnt even install the program.
Then I found some advice from Coyote of the Sea
Coyote of the Sea wrote:only advice i could find on it was to do this
"To unlicense, go to a command prompt and go to the directory where the game is located. Find the EXE file. So for example if you were unlicensing Title Bout, you'd enter a command of TB2.exe -unlicense. That will initiate the form which allows you to click a button to unlicense."
it does unlicense it but the froum they weren't sure how well the process had worked, so

- and it worked perfectly. I just hope it works to license it again when I get a new computer.
