Fractured skull? That seems like a career ending injury to me(in reality of course). Gay. Super gay.

The first saved game has been uploaded, it's 20.47 megs and it can be found here: http://www.ehmtheblueline.com//forums/d ... ile_id=513 ,it is in rar format.

I'll continue doing the updates until everyone retires on my game, but I've got all the saved games from May 08 to sept 2017 available to upload, so if anyone wants a particular saved game being available I'll release one at the end of every season I do on the forum. I'll eventually make the database available as well :thup:

Unfortunately your stats weren't good enough to get you into the first page of the AHL goalies, your Save % was 35th in the league, whilst Andrew Gagnon's was 40th

Yay, Hartfield is #1 in career assists! Let's ignore the fact only 7 of them have been in NHL games...

What I don't understand is why he hasn't been given a legitimate shot at the NHL. Despite unspectacular talent ratings, they're not all that horrible and should at least be good enough for a 3rd pairing D-man and 2nd PP quarterback on a below average club. He's big and strong with decent puck-moving skills and competent skating, has been a near point-per-game defenseman in the AHL for 5 seasons and had 327 assists in 4 OHL seasons prior to that, with a career Average Rating of 8.02 (7.77 in AHL). In his only NHL service of 19 games with the Thrashers in 2014-15, he wasn't exactly terrible either: 7 assists and 6.84 rating. He was sent down and hasn't been back since; traded twice and kept on the losing end of a two-way contract. It's also surprising because NHL teams are usually desperate for defensemen, there aren't very many TBLers who play the position, and I don't imagine there was a sudden influx of super talented regens.

Now he just signed a $257,000 deal with Providence, which is actually more money than he was earning on 15% of the $1,000,000 two-way NHL contract he previously had. But at this point in his career, he's an AHL star who's not going to get any better by playing there. I guess my suggestion would be to see if there's any NHL club willing to give him a chance (several had expressed interest in recent updates, yet he became an UFA and signed an AHL contract, so I don't know what happened); if not, I'd like to see him play in Russia where he can earn more money and face better competition than the AHL.

Im pretty much going nowhere playing 3rd/4th line on the Rangers, so is there any chance i can be traded to 1 of the worst teams in the NHL, at least then i may get a chance of breaking into the top 6 ??

last year of me contract so might as well give the NHL 1 last go, If not id rather go back to Europe & be a star then rot away on 3rd/4th line for the rest of my career :dunno:

In 440 games with Blue Jackets Richard Rahl has 328 points and 412 PIMs with AvR=6.89. ZERO changings :oops: in Player Attributes (except stamina, that went down by 1, 20-->19). IMO, he's done progressing. What you see is what you get. :roll:
At least, being a decent 1st line RW with a bottom team is not so bad after all. :-D

Lol, I am 3rd in scoring and 3rd in points overall? Well, after all you can call me local Marian Gaborik.

But my eyes can't stand what they see. Bridgeport Sound Tigers. Gah. :cry:

Am I finally playing above the 4th line? I'd hope so with the money I'm making and attributes that I have.

I guess I'm destined to be a career minor leaguer. I just don't think my guy has the skills to make it in the NHL. I can be a great scorer in the AHL but I do nothing once I'm up with the big club. Oh well! It's still not too bad.

Same here, but as long as it's with Espoo Blues, I'm happy. :-)

Well, it looks like my guy is a bonafide NHL star! :-p 4th highest paid TBLer ($4.6 / year), starting goalie for the NJ Devils and nice steady stats improvement this year.

Agility 13 -> 14
Balance 17 -> 18
Blocker 17 -> 18
Glove 17 -> 18
Passing 10 -> 12
Poke Check 14 -> 15
Positioning 15 -> 16
Rebound 16 -> 17
Recovery 16 -> 17
Reflexes 16 -> 17

Looking forward to a big season in NJ and maybe making it out of the first round of playoffs. Unfortunately, Lou keeps trading away all the other TBLers. :rant: Both Brown and Schmutzer (sp) were traded away at the deadline last year.

M.

Yup, I am in the same situation, I want to play in Europe, since I am not gonna make it into NHL.

Calv, when's my contract ending once again? :-p I am gonna check where are TBLers playing in Europe and I would love to join them, Espoo would work, if you don't mind :-D
