Yes, it has been mentioned. Thanks anyway!

Someone wrote about adding Kristian Nervik Nilsen to the game, unfortunately he has retired at the age of 17 due to a congenital heart defect.

Brandon Maxwell is from Cambridge, Ontario, not Cambridge MA. Also Max Domi's Dob is wrong it should be March 2, 1995

First off, thanks for all the hard work you put into keeping this game up to date for us.
I'm having a problem with the new roster, though. All of my prospects that I have in the ahl are eligible for waivers when they shouldn't be. I can't call up anyone without having to put them on re-entry waivers so all of my prospects are stuck on my farm team.

That is a known error that has been fixed for the next release that will be out soon

Thanks for the quick response. I guess I will wait for the next release before playing any further.
Maybe someone else has mentioned it, but I've also noticed there has been an issue with 17 year old free agents in this game. You're able to sign them before they even go into the draft. The first year a team in my game signed Radek Faksa who should have been a first round pick and each year if you search for ufa's aged 17 there's about 4 pages of them.

Yeah, that is known to happen. Most are fixed now but maybe someone will slip by

Few of NHL->Euro loan players are losing NHL rights in game.. ex. Niko Hovinen and maybe some others too.
I'm not sure if there's another way to fix this but I have one way to deal with it:
Place Hovinen under Flyers contract and add future transfer in extra_config
("FUTURE_TRANSFER" "Niko" "Hovinen" "Philadelphia Flyers" "Lahden Pelicans" 1 9 2011 80000 1500 1)
Teams should pay fee instead of wages so it doesn't cause problems with player budget.

Leafs: Jake Gardiner
He's a bit under-rated in the game. He's been rated as one of the best rookies this year, with a lot of ice time (2nd among rookies). His game play has consistently improved, and most players refer to him as playing like a veteran already. The Leafs have labelled him as untouchable, which tells you a lot as well.
I'm not sure what changes can be made, maybe his ability, but he's got 1-2 defense potential (in the game he's rated as a 5-6ish defender).
Basically he needs an upgrade.
Devils: Adam Henrique
I can't confirm this right now, but from what I saw/remember, he was a little under-rated in the game. He's playing top line minutes as a rookie, and is one of the top players that are being considered for the Calder Trophy. Definitely needs an upgrade with Gardiner.
I'll have a look over the rest of the rookies, but those two stood out to me so far.

It is because of them being drafted more than two years ago. I will try your solution as I can't think of a better one.

I tried it and they lost his rights the day after he signed with the Pelicans.

I'm guessing you have bookmarked Eliteprospects or some similiar site for the latest contract extensions? Otherwise I can tell you that Mads Hansen and Simon Löf has extended their contracts, one year for Hansen och two more years för Simon Löf. Both players playing for Brynäs in SEL.
Simon Löf could use some improvement in the game, he has played more or less every game for Brynäs this season.

Has he always spelled it like that? I can't remember seeing it but now it is everywhere. Strange...

A couple of amendments to the newest release:
San Fran
sisco Bulls of the ECHL should be spelled San Fran
cisco Bulls.

Mark Eaton (NY Islanders) was born in Wilmington, Delaware not Wilmington, Massachussetts.
Andrew Gordon (Vancouver Canucks/Chicago Wolves) apparently was born in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Zack Kassian (Vancouver Canucks) apparently was born in Windsor, Ontario.
Alex Burrows (Vancouver Canucks) for the past few years has been playing RW alongside the Sedins (and doing alright). I'm not postulating switching him completely to RW, but maybe giving him 19 in RW wouldn't be a bad idea.
Tyler Ennis (Buffalo Sabres) has been tried again at C this season, and with some success. I wouldn't switch him completely, but more proficiency there would be nice.
Cody Hodgson (Buffalo Sabres) apparently was born in Toronto, Ontario.
José Théodore (Florida Panthers) – there should be an acute accent over first "e" in his last name (sorry for nitpicking).
Great job on the rosters, Manimal, as always.

I keep getting a crash on 30 . September 2011 , dont know whats causing it ?
I made just a few tweaks in the SM-Liiga to make it more up to date , that cant be the cause of the crash ? can it ?
