Maybe for the lesser teams I guess they do? Maybe its just canada, america, etc that have their GMS for longer

I got a couple the other day, I apologize for not getting a screen grab of this one but I was too worried that the universe was about to implode. The NHL offensive player of the month was none other than....HUGH JESSIMAN.

And I think this one was more of a glitch/bug...but I was trading (needed to make cap room) a star player for picks. I had player A for 1st round pick 1:1 swap. Opposing GM said that "he didn't want to trade (my star player) because he's a franchise player". What the Dickens?

It is the Slovak cup. Canada sends its Euro born players there. Not really a surprise or of any worth.

In-game, outside of the Worlds and Olympics, I've noticed Canada often doesn't send very good teams. I'm not sure why. They *have* better, eligible players they could often send, but they don't. I don't know if it's because Canada often doesn't name a very good GM, or what.

NO the AI brings in the Euro players based solely on REPUTATION. So they get small, get sucky and get old. Just like in the real world, the players they have playing in Europe are not really very good. When I have been GM of Canada during Olympic years and World Cup years...see better performances. But it is really just AI based issues.

I know when I GM the WJC's I always find 15 and 16 year-olds that are superior to the 17 and 18's and send some of them, and my teams do real well, whereas the AI won't send the younger kids. Probably for similar reasons then.

Doesn't have the screenshot, but in my game, Jaroslav Halak is unhappy, because he is sceptic that I will be able to meet his wages demands Another player is unhappy because he thinks the NHL referee hate him Already happened to you ?

I've seen the referee once or twice but not the other.
