So I thought I would drop a quick hey, I have remade a logo for our band:



I like it so much that I had to show you guys . I know the WTC silhouette is bit outdated, but hey, how else would you recognise it's NY silhouette? Anyway, we are currently touring NA, then once we are back in the city we're gonna complete recording of our first album, then head for a world tour. Woho!

I like the look of you band logo. Simple but stylish! If I'm in town when you record your album, let me know. I can produce for you if you need it. I'm a 5 star producer. I'm also a 5 star video director, so if you go to do a video I can help there too.

I've now started with a new character, after that my former died. RIP.

My new character's name is Gary Coward.

EDIT: From the character sheet of Mikko Pohjansalo:

Mikko Pohjansalo
Entered Popmundo 2008-01-02 and died 2008-08-04.
He became 24 years old. Mikko has been put to rest at Cypress Hills Cemetery.

Now just create a new character and join Never Dies, recreated to make their way to stardom.

We could do a North American tour in the future, or something , with my band New York Guns, which is currently in high #400s, very decent rating as it's only 365 days since I started the band, so woho

And plus, you could invite me to play in one of your songs on CD , kind of a TBL Rock N' Roll collaboration

I'm still around in the game. Look me up! I'm very rarely in New York these days though. I'm usually on the road and when I'm not I've been in London mostly. My band, The Dead Generation, has been floating around the Top 25 in Punk Rock lately. We've even been in the Top 10 for Punk Radio with a couple of our songs.

Yeah, I've checked your band up, and remembered back when we started to play Popo. When the first edition of Never Dies and The Dead Generation was doing quite good in the game.

Yup, I was even briefly a member of Never Dies and had my first song played by Never Dies.

Just looking through and noticed this was still going so I thought I would log in and give it another go, unfortunately my old character passed away so looks like I will be reincarnating as a different character .

Where is everyone based at the moment? I think I might start in New York or may start in London again, anyone one else who hasn't been on in a while fancy giving it another go and making a new band?

I am settled in New York along with my band New York Guns, currently in Rock #200s and writting our 4th album, hopefully it's gonna build on Tennesee pain success (our third album ), if you need anything, or need partners to do a world tour....Archie Buser is my character, search for me

It would be kinda cool to have an all-TBL band I guess!

I'm also in NY. I'm currently in a band with my popo wife though.

I'm finally wrapping up my Popo life. I'm hanging around until the end of the month for my band and then I'm retiring. I just don't have an interest in the game anymore.

Don't go Bruins I just started and I need a veteran producer to give me that organic sound.

A la Jimmy Page recording drums in a stairwell. Without your know how my career will go nowhere!

Sorry. After 2 or 3 years (whatever it's been) of playing Popo, it just doesn't hold any interest for me. My band was pretty successful. I made a ton of money. Had a large brood of children and a wife (and an ex-wife). There wasn't much else for me to do.

I have so far accrued 14 dollars in my two days of game play.....

Can you map out a "strategy" for gameplay at least?

I would check out the knowledge base here at TBL. IIRC, someone set up some info on Popo there. The game has changed a lot since then though. The only reason I've been doing well for the last several months is because I had already acquired a lot of fame, money, and skills. Our band leader did the rest. I was mostly on auto-pilot.
