I have changed them into one week games and added two weeks to the regular season.
I will set the games tomorrow. Takes a while to see who has played who and so on

That being said....I have a bad week ahead of me I am sure VD, so I would not be shocked if I lost.

Been extra stressed/busy 'cause of work lately...just realized I didn't have my roster set right, and had Ben Bishop (no game) in and Marc-Andre Fleury (3-2 winner, 60 MP, 14 saves) out!

Same here. I had three goalies playing last night and I scratched the only one who won and he made the most saves

Oh and hey manimal...need to get those games scheduled. I want to play against the two teams that have a combined record of 3-10. Just so I can lose to one of them....it is that time of season where my teams die.

It is a pain trying to match the teams up.
I want all teams to have one home and one away game and the teams each have three opponents left to play.
I will eventually find the correct solution (and I am not looking at team records, only who they've met)

EDIT: I just realised teams have played uneven amount of home games, perhaps that will help me.
Home advantage is the tie-breaker in case of the goals scored being equal in a tied game

It was pretty nervous when you closed in on pretty much every stat and you almost won the goalie stats (with Rinne struggeling and Lehner not being a true nr1). Lehner was a lucky one who probably won the week for me this time!

Manimal-Yeah I don't think you can worry about the home and away. The chances of that happening is so limited. (Now watch it happen to me). Just set matches against teams people have not played. I won't be too crabby if I do not play Concussion.

In the end you got lucky. I made my concession post to you before the day was over, and immediately after I did that....Silfvergerg got his GWG, and then just after that Hodgson started to bring Buffalo back and it was ....wow...I could do this...for about a second.

Note that Rinne got yanked after two(!) shots so we were tied in yanked Finnish goalies.

Man, this has been my worst fantasy season ever. Missed the draft, cant find a goalie haha, just horrible.

Well...that could be partly on you. You have not set your lineup this week again. Not active in making moves that much to pick up guys off waivers.(I have 3x the moves)

Plus I sent you a trade request last week that you just ignored or did not bother with. I was willing to work on that one, but I heard nothing back. You could have got a goalie out of it. (I mean...Markkanen is now a starter full time for the rest of the season...could have had him for nothing not that long ago), you could have had Emery when Crawford was out, you could have had the guys in Carolina, and you could have one that is still out there right now...but you have not made the move.

So when you say you need a goalie, and do not go get one...I am a little lost. Markkanen sat there for 2 days before I said what the heck....at least he plays a bit.

Reimer was a Free Agent for awhile, VIktor Fasth getting tons of starts in Anaheim and was available for awhile. Hedberg...at least you went out and got him. ..CLemmensen....the list goes on.

Lots out there that are playing. Yeah maybe not getting wins....but the saves and minutes add up.

Cause it is out there. I mean some weeks I have made 3 of my 4 moves just on goalies. LEHNER and BISHOP in Ottawa too....Surahammer same thing.

You have to make a move to get a goalie, and you are not exactly trying to do so. And you are not getting a top notch goalie who plays, wins and makes saves without giving something good up in a trade.


When I look...with the exception of Elliott you are in about the same shape as me. A good starter, a split starter and a rubbish starter.

LOL....as I said that ....you went and got Allen, who is who I was alluding to.

Markkanen played last time in NHL 06/07 for the Oilers and since then in Europe. Markström on the other hand is a very promising youngster in NHL.
