Well the above game ended up hitting a crash, every time I advanced it would crash, have asked OOTP if they want the save.

Re-started with Devils again, this time turned injuries down a lot more before I started 0.80 and it seems better (Still a few more injuries than I expected)
I wanted to get myself another right wing option, so traded Gagner from Edmonton sending Fayne & Harrold, then made the big call on our some older players whose contracts are up, Zubrus wouldn't sign a new contract & Hedberg was playing poorly, so they got shipped to Philly for Gagne (Yes I see the funny side of my signings)

Sitting 3rd in East played 35 games (Some teams have played as many as 39), 20-11-4, Star Players Kovi has 20 goals (4th behind Neal, Vanek & Stamkos), Clarkson leads NHL on 88 PIMs, Henrique has 10 goals, our Assist leaders are Gagner 20, Elias 19 & Zajac 18. Pretty happy with this season so far.

Edit: Well scratch that, had forgotten to save for a while, so when it crashed two games later I loaded in October again, right need to make sure I remember auto save now

How to make my Hedberg/Zubrus for Gagne trade look even better, Zubrus got badly injured, and then announced his immediate retirement.
21 games in this time around 5th in the East at 12-7-2
Sam Gagner has 6G 14A, Krejci has 9G 11A & Kovy 10G 7A.
Brodeur missed a few games with injury & Kinkaid stepped in with a 5-2 record .932 SV%

Just about to start my second season with Minnesota Wild!

First season we finished 7th in Western Conference after clinching a playoff spot in the last game. We met Vancouver Canucks in the first round and they got a quick 3-0 lead in the series but after that we won 4 straight and won the series! In the next round our opponents were Detroit Red Wings, they also had a 3-0 lead in games before we won 3 straight, but lost game 7.

Now we are aiming for the cup!

Yes because it's only a beta at this stage. I don't think they've announced whether the final game will include a demo version (I'd be surprised if it didn't).

Ok too bad since i don't have a credit card weel thanks anyway hope it will have an boxed version in Holland or paypal method added soon cause i was very delighted we could play the game but unfortunatly for me it still waiting time i guess have fun guys

Finnished the second season top of the EIHL but got knocked out of the Quarter Finals of the play offs after losing twice to the Edinburgh Capitals game keeps crashing now on April 1st so might try a game in the KHL

Well ended my season with the New Jersey Devils, we finished 6th 42-33-7, and faced Winnipeg in the first round of the playoffs, we made it to a 3-1 series lead, and then the wheels came off, and in the 7th game we lost 3-2 on a late 3rd period goal to Evander Kane.

My Best Players
Kovalchuk 34G 26A
Gagne 31G 28A
Gagner 27G 41A
Krejci 23G 44A

Clarkson only managed 27G, but 13 of those came on the Powerplay. Larsson managed 37A for a good season for the youngster
I used two goalies during the season
Brodeur went 29-24-4 2.56 GAA & .913 SV%
Kinkaid went 16-11-3 2.60 GAA & .911 SV%

Pretty happy with the season, though hope to improve on it for next year.

Just Finished my first Season with Dinamo Riga in the KHL we finished 7th overall in the league and got to the conference finals before losing to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl 4-1 in the series

Our top points scorer was Jamie Johnson with 53

Wow.. those Mestis players are totally overpowered.

Well, actually I think that KHL players are too low in general, I was too conservative while rating them. I'll raise them a bit with the next builds

Starting once more, a repeat of a previous 7th Jan crash.
This time the season has started badly, you know you are in trouble when Marty goes 2-12 through his first fourteen games (Will be his only 14 games as he is injured and out for 11 months)

I managed to have an absolute pants first season with the Steelers on the new build missed the play offs by a point

Second season was just as bad missed the play offs again

Seems you've been playing quite a lot of the EIHL. How are you finding it realism-wise? I've had no chance to test as I'm working flat out on research and also because the scoring levels haven't been correctly set yet.

The Scottish teams are stronger on this version I think. Import cap is still not enforced I was running 14 imports at one time and the play offs are still best of 3 instead of aggregate scores

The strength of the Scottish teams is the main issue I've noticed since the first public beta. A few weeks ago I toned down the Stars and Flyers a little, but not by much. The players on the lower lines probably need to be reduced a bit further. However, I'm waiting to see what effect the correct scoring level settings have on the game. For example, will it exacerbate the gap between the best and worst teams - or will the status quo remain? Once we know this, I'll be in a better position to tweak those Scottish teams.

I've altered the import cap for next Wednesday's DB release. I'll have time next week to report the issues about the playoffs.

You really suck at this game. Just like English hockey.

But in fairness, I think the Sheffield Steelers may have the same check box hard coded into the game that the Maple Leafs have now. ARchi asked for it.

Season 4 still no playoffs and still well bottom of the league

Season 5 made it into the play offs short lived though
