Yeah, which is why I was thinking that getting 16 to fill the A1GP would be borderline impossible.
What we really need to do is make a post that people that this topic and the others doesn't mean anything to them to ask new people to join. I've been thinking about that for a while actually. I think I'll do that now

Looks like you'll be able to get involved at this rate.archibalduk wrote:I was thinking of joining but as I won't have internet access from 5th July it seems pointless as I won't be able to compete in the latter part of the season. However, if there's one in August then I'll most probably be down with that
I'm just bumping these threads in case any of the newer guys to the board are interested in playing

And to anyone who had already joined the old one you will have to rejoin if/when I set up the new oneAlso if you do want to join then ignore the instructions above as the private TBL league has been deleted as it was inactive for too long

Firstly welcome to TBL glad you joined usmatt0109 wrote:If someone can explain me how it work, I would love to join you

Basically you control your car's setup and your strategies, the race/qualifying is all done automatically based on your setup/strategy.
Firstly you have an engineers report about your car and what general settings you should use(i.e. high braking, low front suspension). Then you can do a practice which gives you feedback on what your settings should be(they'll give you a lower limit and an upper limit) so each time you do a practice lap you try and get towards the perfect setup(it will say spot on). Then you do qualifying, then you have a warm up which is the same as the practice where you get to perfect your settings. Then you race. You can also work as a team(each team has the same settings). It gets a bit more complex when the conditions start to change and you have to change yor settings for rain etc.. I've written a few little guides in these forums and I'll dig them up if/when this ever gets started again
