Seems to be the way of things now...the NHL record for ties is 24 (1969–70 Philadelphia Flyers), but look at this year in the NHL! Even though nobody's even played 60 games yet, Washington's had 21 "ties in regulation", NJ 20, Chicago 19, San Jose/Vancouver/Detroit 18, Toronto/Calgary 17...

Pretty easy group. Canada is a problem. But they never play good in the group stages.

Well most of us got 2 out of 2 today (not me ). Congrats to those. No surprises today.

For Never will never bet on overtime again. Both games. OUCH.

My predicts were unlikely to happen anyways. But yeah, isn't looking good for my part so far, SVK - USA wasn't even close.

Not so well so far...Finland/Austria wasn't even close, but Sweden/Switzerland was only 1-0 (otherwise I've been right in my picks so far)

In tomorrow's action I predicted/guessed that both the Russia-US game and the Swiss-Czech game will end tied...maybe 2 more I won't get right! HaHa

Yeah I could be in trouble tomorrow. Picked my upset game...
