The salary cap is the same as it is now in proportion to the players salaries that were cut down. :-)

I already understand it :) I tried to do it than in reality but the maximum salary is 7.8 million for Perry and Getzlaf and player budget still remain at 56 millions but overall salary cup can also raise on 69 milions as it is in reality :)

In game the cap won't raise, so there is no Point in that. We have seen that the game works better at the default level.
Perry and Getzlaf has the same cap-percentage deals so if something seems out of wack, you should blame the Ducks managament team.
JoDeb29 wrote:Hello, when the new version of the patch, is that there will be a possibility of having the normal salary cap and the other 44 million?

And thank you very much for this patch really great work
There is too much work to change the salaries back. You/we cannot just multiply all contracts back at once either, as the Entry-level contract cap is the same now as it was in 2006.

How have Matt Carle and Cam Fowler been playing for you guys? Carle scored 87 points and Fowler 88 in my first season. I think that's a bit too high.

Had few sims and Milan Michalek turns out to be a complete beast. Also, for some some reasons, the Bruins and the Pens tend to miss out from the playoffs.

What the hell. D-men scoring that high!? :nerd: When I tried a season before the release of 6.3 with these rosters I had Karlsson as best D-man with 52 points.

Same thing for me.... Boston, Chicago and Pittsburgh miss the playoff and Chicago made a lot of trade ( Seabrook, Keith ) Lot a trade with big names in January. Often teams who made the playoff traded big players against practically nothing

The AI has always been idiotic in trading. As an example, it really hates long (usually high salary) contracts. Unfortunately that means most of the star players today.

Yeup, had four d-men averaging over a point per game first season. Maybe around 10 scoring over 70. Doughty dominated in the beginning of the second season, 45 points in the first 29 games. :-k

Samuel Morin, defender from Rimouski Oceanic (QMJHL) and Philadelphia Flyers 2013 1st round pick is not 5 foot 8. I think he's 6 foot 6 or 6 foot 7

Also, I think that you must see some players ratings. Why QMJHL key players have always bad ratings or simply don't have the good ratings in the right attributes? Look at Anthony Deluca, Michael Joly, Zachary Fucale, Adam Erne, Anthony Duclair, for example.

Also, I think that young players like Gallagher or Tokarsky, need some improvement.

CHL players don't have their last season's career history updated.

From now, I just see some mistakes on the teams and leagues that I use to follow.

I know that it's not easy for you guys so, even if there is some mistakes, it's important for me, to say for all those update workers, a BIG THANK YOU!!!

I wish if I could helped with the QMJHL, but I don't know if I have enough time for that and I don't have any kind of experience on that type of work.

I'm updating NHL so Gallagher and Tokarsky will be updated. If any of those QMJHL players has a NHL contract (I know Fucale has) they'll get updated also.

Don't forget Samuel Morin too. He's bigger than 5 foot 8. ;)

I want to help you with QMJHL. How can I do it?

The ECHL and OHL/QMJHL/WHL are next on my list for history updating. It takes a lot of time to do, so no promises as to when it'll all be up to date.

Oops! Manimal, please set Samuel Morin's Height/Weight to 201/102

No work was done on individual Attributes, and almost all show "0" in the DB, so you're seeing the results of the game engine setting the Attributes

totch wrote:I want to help you with QMJHL. How can I do it?
That would be great! Have you used the Updater before? http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... hm+updater
As you know, the setting of some individual Attributes is needed!
If you're interested, let me know and I can give you some more information

This is a problem I've seen in older roster updates as well but it seems to be back again. Hudiksvall have advanced from Swedish division 1 to SHL (Elitserien) in only a couple of seasons. After advancing to Allsvenskan 14-15 they finished 2nd their first season in Allsvenskan 15-16 they won it 16-17 and also advanced to SHL. Now, 17-18 they are in the lead of SHL after 10 games. All with rubbish players.

It doesn't affect me since I'm playing with the Flames and maybe this save is just unlucky that Hudiksvall advanced the first season, but it's really making the Swedish leagues unplayable if it turns out to always be like this :\

Ted Nolan has the Sabres listed as a Disliked Team, makes it impossible to sign him to an extension. Though it might actually be correct given his statements lately haha.

I can't be the only one experiencing really high scoring? Just finsihed season two and Crosby had 140 points. Sure, he's the best player in the league but, that's very high even for him. And then there's the d-mens... Doughty 96, Karlsson 95, Fowler 92, Keith 86, Letang 84 (in 70 games!), Campbell 81 and Yandle 80. Then there's seven more that scored over 70.

I have fixed the errors noted in this thread. (Richardson, Horvat, Morin, Immonen...)

I've never seen that kind of d-men scoring

Changed it now.

I've seen that, too, but with other teams in Sweden. I have no idea what is causing them to get such great results. It is nothing we've edited, and I doubt we can do anything about it.

This sounds weird with the high scoring. When I started updating the players for 6.x version, players attributes were lowered. We simulated and only a couple of players reached 100 points (realistic). And D-men reached only 50 points (which is lower that in real life). :-k

GK's had also realistic save% etc. How is it now with the high scoring you've experienced?!

The save% for the GK's is not a problem.

Quick: 92,5% and 92,7%.
Rinne: 94,2% and 93,4%.
Lehtonen: 91,5% and 91,8%.
Rask: 92,3% and 92,7%.
Lundqist: 93,8% and 92,4%.

The only forward that scored really much points was Crosby with 140. At second was Toews and Malkin with 113.

Going to start a new save tonight and simulate to see if I get the same result.

Have Consistencies for forwards been adjusted? That has a big effect on scoring levels.

Some feedback from the HF Boards (although I think the second point is more related to EHM's AI):

Jesus christ. Just simulated through two new seasons. Sidney Crosby: 155 points. Kunitz and Malkin: 127 each. But... Duncan Keith: 106 points. Letang 98, Campbell 92, Karlsson 90 and Suter 90. That's in the first save.
The second: Crosby 130 points. Duncan Keith 113 (!) points. Letang 94, Karlsson 91 etc... :-k

Thanks for the update guys keep up the good work. Hopefully I can provide some contributions...I am more than happy to help.

Been an NHL / Hockey fan all my life...and I can tell you that many of the players in the Canadiens are under rated...

Rationally speaking Plekanec should have much higher professionalism...a lot of players are set at random professionalism...on the habs roster...

Tindordi...Beaulieu, Emelin should all be LD as natural position...

Bournival should have much higher speed...

Galchenyuk professionalism and work rate 12?

Happy to have read you will indeed boost Gallagher...

This is just a first glance look after 1 min or so...I would be more than happy to give you a thorough review of the Canadiens if you like...

But alas I commend all the good work done by the team TBL and all who helped, the transfers and roster composition seems all in top notch order, love the work TBL thanks guys! :notworthy:
