Hard to say if that really happened or not, but I can't be one to judge. It isn't like I have seen it myself on the game and there isn't anything saying it wouldn't happen.
All I can say is that the next time it happens. You should definitely take a quick snapshot of that thing.

Never seen this before.
Also, looking at the match events file, there is indeed the possibility for a player to tell the referee to eat another doughnut

What haven't you seen before, what is unusual in that photo?

Probably me being stupid but I can't see anything weird. As for the doughnut quote, I have seen it a few times and it is always hilarious.

I can't see anything weird about it either...

I've never seen a player "Enjoy the team's style of play". But that may be caused by my normal emphasis on defence

Yeah, players rarely enjoy a defensive style of play, even if some does. You will see many more players enjoying the team's style of play with an offensive style. At least, as long as you stay on the winning side

Ah, I get it now.
I see it all the time, but then again my style is quick and offencive.

It seems like goalies (at least most of them) love to play for a run&gun type of a team in EHM. I find that a bit odd; sure, they get to showcase their talents, but wouldn't you like to have an easy-ish 17-save shutout ever now and then?

most goalies like to see at least 20-25 shots a game, as it helps them get into a rhythm. High scoring games provide a much less stressful environment as they can concede a bad goal and not cost their team a win.

Get Luongo...he is only happy when he has 50 shots.

The biggest surprise was that " The Devils want to acquire Kilger".
Who the heck wants Chad Kilger?

Yeah and likely offer him 4.0M for 5 years so that he is part of the CAP until he is 45.

6 Blues players to the Western All Star roster...
Never had that many... none of them are even in the top 10 in scoring and honestly Erik Johnson is playing much better than Marc Staal in his rookie year... Staal has been in the league for almost 3 seasons now and Johnson is ripping it up as a rookie but Staal got chosen... anyone know how the teams are chosen?

I presume it has to do with their reputation.

Just had something else cool happen, in the first round of the playoffs Marc-Andre Fleury COMPLETELY shut out the Kings...
Good things to come, I hope.

wow, pretty cool! even when I had the top six point leaders in the league, only two of them made the all star game. I'm not sure why...

I think the All-Star teams roster are chosen on reputation
Other than that, well done by shuting out a team for a whole round

It's even more wierd that the All Stars West seem to be playing goalie Jean-Sebastien Giguere as a skater

Oh wow, that is wierd...
Didn't even notice that...
All-Stars -- Pfft.

It's prolly just because you can't have three goalies dressed in the game like they do in All-Star games, so he's dressed as skater, but not assigned to any line. And when it's his turn to step in, he'll play as goalie nevertheless.

Yeah...that is what it is.
