I don't think so, he needs more power and weight, he weight is only 72 kg's. You know Theoren Fleury (168 cm), Steve Sullivan (175 cm), Brian Gionta (170 cm), Reijo Ruotsalainen (173 cm) etc. Ruotsalainen was only 75 kg's and he played great career (446 NHL-games, scored 344 points).

Good showing from the Ducks propsects tonight. Canada beat Switzerland 6-0 with Brandon McMillan scoring a hat trick. And Russia beat Finland 2-0 thanks to Igor Bobkov's 46 save shutout.

Total domination, but no one can score.

Where's our snipers... :/ Could someone just clone Selanne?

You can't win always.

Selänne is older than Granlund and Hartikainen altogether. Maybe if we let them home, we can take Selänne :-D but it's not so easy, he needs good playmaker.

And that was Russia, i didn't exepted that we can win.

I'd love to see Edmonton land him. Tank for Taylor, Oilers!

Czech juniors have same trouble than Finland (luckily we have now good team, but i've heard that -93 born Finnish sucks, there's no one who will play in NHL or top level in Europe)

The refereeing in this game is ridiculous.

Wow! A non North American complaining about international refs? What is the matter? Are they allowing bodychecking and calling dives? :-D

Seriously though: Not the best, but not an excuse for any team...ever. Or do I have to remind you of Canada vs USA women for gold and the 16 penalties Canada killed and still won...

 i'm so sad...

not only does US win the U-17, now they got the U20 ...and Ken Campbell from THN is saying that Canada is far too superior? In the past 5 years there has been many close calls but we were just lucky...last night was not one of those days.

Good effort though. Hell of a comeback. Eberle!! Gotta feel sorry for Jake Allen ... and Jonesy - he should of had that winner. USA goaltending wasn't much better. Heartbreaking loss. Well, i guess it had to come to an end sometime.
