Only trades are allowed at this point. Your keepers has to come from the guys on your squad. The rest of the players will go into the draft

The other 20 people in my squad all go into the draft?

Figures a brit to misunderstand the keepers
Real hockeyterm is goaltender, keeper is more of a football term
I was referring to the guys we are keeping from year-to-year
One goalie, three defensemen and six forwards

They get dumped automatically at the draft, you don't have to release them

I've just realised what i've done it says select keepers so I thought it meant just to save which Goalies I wanted to keep sorry

I just realized I made a trade for a keeper, and now im screwed, since the trade goes through after the deadline :S. anyway of getting that deadline pushed a day?
