Yes. I'm fairly sure I've followed all the correct steps to have it work, but no dice

When I try to apply the csd patch it crashes saying 'The program can't start because msvcr71.dll is missing from your computer'. What does this mean? Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply, problem solved.

Just reformatted the computer, as soon as I launch the CSD patch I get an instacrash due to something related with kernelbase.dll
I tried reinstalling EHM, reinstalling windows, anything, no luck. Of course I have the c++ and .net stuff installed.

After the usual round of Windows Updates, it worked! Hooray!

Do you need to start at a specific date (example 4 sept. NA or 18 August Sweden) with the patch or I can start wherever I want?

If you have Russia or Finland selected then you should start at the earliest possible date to not get any trouble

Hey all, I am using the up to date custom start date (1.51, picking nhl, ahl, echl, and the Canadian Junior leagues. I've had zero problems with it with old DBS. Just downloaded the V6.1 DB and am now getting the Febuary 14th crash every time. The first time the game crashes I am getting some sort of trophy error that pops up on the screen before crashing.

When you selected the leagues to load, did you select the earliest start date possible? IIRC the Canadian Major Juniors have an earlier start date - and this is the one you should have selected. Take a look at the screenshot HERE under the section entitled "IMPORTANT INFORMATION".

Double check that you are actually using the v1.5 patch because the 14 Feb crash is something that happens if you use a version earlier than v1.4.

I got a problem with my EHM.
I have installed the game and also put in TBL Roster 6.1 in my database.

After that i take the CSDPatch and Launher and put it in my EHM folder and try to start CSDPatch as a administrator.

Then the game starts but i can´t play it from 2013. All i see is this.. "Unrecognized version".. What can i do? I tried the most..

What is the file size of your ehm2007.exe?

Even with installed .NET 4.0+ and C++ Visual 2010 on Linux w/ Wine I couldn't get the CSD Patch to start. So I was thinking of maybe starting the game under Windows, simulating all the way through 1st July (2014) and then take the saved game, and continue playing it on Linux. Will this work?

I start with the Russian start date, which is July 31, 2013. Seems to be the earliest start date in the game; the Canadian Major Juniors start August 13. Is this the correct thing to do, or am I missing something?

Yes, that will work. Once you are at the point in your saved game where you don't need to use the Patch any more, you can use the saved game like normal.

Yep you can certainly do that. What's important is that you use the earliest start date available from the leagues you have selected.

I get the same problem with kikko except i have the windows xp.... my size file is 9.08

do i still have to use artmoney to load the 2013 date and if so where do i get that ehm file for artmoney

Have you tried first loading EHM and then using the Apply Patch Only button on the CSD Patch?

when the game is sitting at main menu and then i click apply patch only it says it applys year 2013 but then i go back into ehm 07 and then click new game and the year still shows 2006

when i start a new file i select all leagues however i put them all at stanard except for russia, canada, and then NHL, AHL and ECHL i still select russia as my start date right like i dont have to worry about the other countries start dates?

Yes, that's right. But how long are you using the Patch until in game? When Finland and/or Russia are Selected/Enhanced then you must use the Patch until 1 July of season 1.
