Makes me wonder whether there are any similar deals to the one between Aliant and the QMJHL East Division in any other North American leagues

I'm not sure, but i think it's the first year they do such a thing...
So it may be a test for the current season, and being expanded next seasons if it works well
At least,i really hope so!

3-2 for the Mooseheads after 2nd

3 big slapshots from the point (1 deflected behind the net). Nothing to say, Halifax made all the plays in this period.
I hope the Sea Dogs will have a same 3rd as they had against Moncton!

(trailing 1-4 and finishing 5-5)

5-2 MooseHeads (0-1;3-1;2-0) at the end of the game, with their 5th goal 7 seconds before the end of the game.
Sea Dogs stop to play after the first period, and Mooses took well the advantage of that.
Nice game however, with spectacular saves (especially from Dogs' keeper), demolishing hits, a fight, seven goals, and a lot of action

It seems that there are two other teams than the 4 mentionned by Archi at the start of the thread who will display live webcast...
http://english.aliant.net/Channel.jsp?c ... anguage=en
The two new ones are the P.E.I. Rockets (still in the QMJHL) and the Summerside Western Capitals (in the MJAHL)
It seems we will have to choose between 2 games tonight:
- Cape Breton Screaming Eagles (home) VS St. John's Fog Devils (away) at 7pm local time / 23h00 UK time
- Saint John Sea Dogs (home) VS Moncton Wildcats (away) at 7pm local time / 23H00 UK time
I'll post the links later, as they don't seem to be correct at once. I'll try to get in touch with Aliant (who provides the webcasts) to see if they can do a specific schedule for the games they broadcast, so it will be easier for anyone to see which games will be displayed... However, i don't expect any positive return...

But well, it doesn't cost anything to try!

Hehe! You and your e-mails, Shadd
It seems as though we have a bit of a Sea Dogs following starting

I can't give them a demolishing hit for not doing their job correctly, so i have to use a more diplomatic approach

However, their "contact us" system s*cks a fat one,as they require a valid canadian phone number to send them a message, which i'm absolutely not able to give!

So i can't send them a kind and polite mail, neither my fist in their face. darn!

I won't complain on it, as i really enjoy to see the Sea Dogs play

Already seen them twice (lost in the shootouts against P.E.I. after a good 5-5 game, and lost 5-2 yesterday against Halifax) and i really enjoy the way they play

I've also seen Moncton being demolished 7-0 at home by the P.E.I. So my bet is on the Sea Dogs...
Go Dogs Go!

Here's a link with a game tonight:
http://tinyurl.com/l78et
However, i can't tell you which game it will be...
The pop-up box indicates that it's a Mooseheads webcast, but i made my way there from the Sea Dogs website... Furthermore, the Mooseheads don't play tonight...
So i think it's the Sea Dogs - Wildcats game,but i can't be sure...

I think maybe you have the wrong link there. That link was for the Halifax Mooseheads v Saint John Sea Dogs last Friday. I think the best way is to go to the team's homepage and find the 'Watch Live' link.

Here's some more streams:
Mahoning Valley Phantoms (NAHL)
Delaware Thunder (Junior A)
San Antonio Diablos (Junior B)
University of Southern California (Collegiate Hockey)
AHL teams streams but I think you have to pay...
UHL teams streams but I think you have to pay...
ECHL teams streams but I think you have to pay...
USHL teams streams but you have to pay...
ESPN Broadband might be good for NHL roundups.
Eastlink used to do QMJHL streams. I'm not sure if there will be anything of any interest this season

That's what i've done from the Sea Dogs homepage...

But it sends me to the Mooseheads link...don't know why...
I hope tonight's link will work... (Moncton-Saint John,i think,at 20H00 UK time if my memory's still okay...)

I'm watching the mighty
St. John Sea Dogs at PEI
I found PEI show live games by going to
the PEI homepage, then selecting 'Rocket.Net' from the menu and then 'Watch Live'.

Nice new!
In the Mooseheads - Fog Devils, the Fogs scored on the first shot of the game... Then, they pay they lack of discipline, conceeding a 5/5 on the power-play,for a 5-1 Mooseheads lead at the end of the period. Mooseheads also win the two fights of the period.
Archi, how does it works in the Sea Dogs - Rockets game?
