PLEASE NOTE: ADVERTISING A LEAGUE/COMPETITION/WEB SITE/FORUM IS NO LONGER PERMITTED ANYWHERE ON THE BLUE LINE. We have had too many people take liberties with this privilege; signing up simply to advertise their site and not actually contributing to the community. We also see a lot of bumping of threads which is really just spamming the site. Anybody that advertises anything on TBL will be permanently banned for spamming.

I guess I hate the weather thing most because it punishes you either way. It punishes you for having your setting correct and adjusting them and then punishes you for having made the adjustments you have because the weather then changes during the race. 
So it's really just an annoyance that I don't feel adds anything to the game.
If it was something like the race would definitely be within three 'levels' of weather it would be better, if it could only be the starting weather and one 'click' worse or better then it would add something and could be planned for and would add a cool element that rewards people for making the proper adjustments, but going from Monsoon to Bone Dry in 20 laps is
Also, allow me to say it again... 'greasy' is NOT a type of weather.
