all players still come up as "needs qualifying offer.

I just started using your roster update, looks good, however I seem to have the oppotiste problem, all my players are UNRESTRICTED. Does that file you posted fix that as well? And do I have to start a new game for it to take effect.

Forget my last post, it is the RFA Need a qualifying offer bug. Even after I replace Playerinfo file

Yes you have to.

That bug was causing by pre-game editor 1.4.. I have to ask mne2 about it.

Yea, I did use pre-game editor to change coaches names and what not. Is there any main flaw with the 1.3 update because that works after I use game editor.

No there's not. Doesn't have any time for the roster project.
Maybe after summer will be..
