Anybody know of a site that has lists of all CHL teams and the player rights they hold?

I'd be willing to do the KHL (to the best of my ability, anyway ).

Some of the official team sites will list all of their players, but the PPLs on most teams are not released officially. You can find blogs and fan sites that will have prospect lists. I've got the PPLs of all the WHL teams for next season and I'm keeping up with news as it updates. I suggest the same for doing whatever league you are doing.

Thanks for all that info. I'm still working on this. A couple of teams have no roster list yet, so that is holding me up

You will probably have to wait until next season starts. I played at Michigan Tech and they didn't release the roster for the team until late September even though Practices, etc started in July.

Hey Manimal, I'll start with the ECHL since nobody's taken it yet. Shouldn't be too hard to get the 2010/11 stats for them right

Extra question though, for players who have split time between two teams, am I just enter thier total stats? Or am I splitting it per team?

Okay I misunderstood the difference between doing research for next season and doing the CA's based on the previous season. I thought this was both. So now I have the WCHA all done. My question now is, where do I send it?

I haven't been around these boards in quite some time, but is all current ability based on stats as opposed to actual scouting reports?

Not saying that seeing all these players would be easy by any stretch, but players that are known inside and out (such as, but not limited to, NHL players) are subjected to a mathematical formula only? No malice intended, it's a genuine question...

What other research needs to be done? Is the first page updated with leagues?

CA is only based on stats. That is to have all leagues comparable. However, researchers are free to change the values if they can give a good cause for it
We are also developing a new way to calculate CA, but that is not done yet.

I might be able to take a stab at the QMJHL. I'm a western boy meself, but I'll know within the next day or so if I can make that a reality. Love to contribute and get this done sooner than later.

OK. Good. All the stats and figures are available on the QMJHL website

I lost all my research data as I had to reinstall Windows and I think I'll pass Suomi Division for this update but maybe next year

I'm up for gathering data for the Finnish Mestis.

I could really use someone to do the QMJHL for me (actually, it's for all of us)
