Managed to sell it for the same price as I bought it, so no loss in the end!

I think you might have to be a citizen to vote and that means being VIP; but click on:
City, then 'City Details' then on 'People's Assembly' and check if you can cast your vote. I think it's probably kept to VIPs so tht people can't stuff the ballot box via fake accounts...
There is a basic photography skill... and any pictures you snap are given a star rating. Book info:
Red And White Shops [NY] 1 025 US$ 1
Kelsey's Shop - NY 1 100 US$ 1
Fantumi Books NYC 1 100 US$
Avatar switch... the new more edgy April montage until I get bored again and/or am feeling schizophrenic again that is
With 46 days left until the show TDG has sold 588 tickets at $6 a piece for the Competition Show.

Try using the Jeb Hughes method of getting drunk off your horse.bruins72 wrote:Yeah, I've had no luck raising my mood lately either. I was set to shopping for a while but afer blowing $200 on nothing I decided to switch over to Fraternize but that doesn't seem to help either.
Of course, it wil negativley affect your health, but thats easy enough to rise.

I have a hard time getting my health to rise too! I don't know what my problem is. I'm floating around 50% for both health and mood. Trust me, I'd love to just get drunk. It would be so much more fun. Most guys aren't going to be in a better mood from shopping. In fact, for me it's usually the opposite. Women, sure. Men, no.E5150_ca wrote:Try using the Jeb Hughes method of getting drunk off your horse.bruins72 wrote:Yeah, I've had no luck raising my mood lately either. BTW, why does Palmer Haskins have such a hard time making friends with Jeb Hughes?

Ox did you post her name in the Typhus thread in the forum? That's some
right there, hope you're okay and/or can get cured and fly out to meet us.
I did say that we had a jam at 8a and people could leave after that didn't I Calv?
Man, it's like herding cats with this ragtag crew...
Mood: Each character reacts differently you'd have to test our food and see if you get a raise from anything, shopping/partying takes a few times in a row before you'll see a jump, keep most of your money in the bank so your character doesn't go crazy... gettin hammered will pop your mood bigtime but your health suffers when it wears off. Jeb loves his Canadian Whiskey...
Health: Has to be rest if your very low or going to the gym. I get 3-6% from setting it to go to gym and a few percent more for actually being at a gym location. Any time you busk you lose BOTH health and mood so since April has been slowly building since returning I can only guess you guys have to be busking a lot which in the long run isn't worth the money because you'd need to shop/party/eat/drink even more than that amount of money to rebound from it. It's for nOOb players to get some scratch early on before they have a job, not a lifestyle choice. If you're past your newbie points you proabably shouldn't be busking anymore.

I didn't think about using food. Once I get to London I might have to try that. I've been trying shopping or fraternizing for a few updates in a row but it didn't seem to do any good. Maybe once I get to London I can get things in order. BTW, how do updates work while we're on the road? Will we still work on our skills or whatever?Minstrel wrote: Mood: Each character reacts differently you'd have to test our food and see if you get a raise from anything, shopping/partying takes a few times in a row before you'll see a jump, keep most of your money in the bank so your character doesn't go crazy... gettin hammered will pop your mood bigtime but your health suffers when it wears off. We still do everything the same we're just not in NYC so you have to find a new gym/uni/park for wherever we are.
Just for the record, hitching a ride is a good opp to network a bit! I've hitched on with the #16 R&B act actually so I dropped the band lead a thankyou note. Find out what band you are hitching with from your diary entry it should say you hitched a ride with _______ take that name go to Community and search for the band name and you'll see who you're travellin with

She's from the Punk Rock Pinups site called Suicide Girls. SG started in Seattle where a fetish artist friend of mine used to do photography for them around 5 years ago or so... but they're now based out of Los Angeles. At SG she goes by Amok.thecoolstuff wrote:hey Minstrel, do you know the girl in April's mug shot? who is she?
I won't give you any linkage as it's easy to come accross some degree of nudity at even their basic publicly accessable pages and don't want to be respponsible for getting anyone in trouble content viewing wise

My sudden adventure out of town last weekend completely ruined my plans to start on a song earlier, but I'm composing one now, so it should be done soon. As for a jam, I'm up for one.archibalduk wrote:Kris & Vinlo - I should have my first song completed within the next two days. What say we book some jamming time?!

Well TDG is rumbling their way toward London hopefully soon to be joined by a healthy drummer
And we will be kicking throughout Europe for our Euro Tour after that for our first extended tour without returning to NYC on weekends. Wish us luck!
By the way you all might want to start reading through the thread at the Popo forums in their Popomundo Development Forum about the new Show system; like on the SI Forums there a metric buttload of biatching and rampant whining but look for the messages from Jonas Holtenerberg as he is the guy that is doing the actual development of the system and he's been giving some hints/tips on the new system.
As for the new system it's an option for now to try out if you want as a beta test, so I've set up our lower-selling London show to use the new system to see what happens. Our first London show I've set to be the same basic set list as the 2nd show so we have a good basis for comparison so please TDGers don't edit those two shows. I think that we will do better in the new system, it's the big established bands that are I guess going to riot but us noobs might benefit actually
