i downloaded the bchl, ajhl, mjhl, sjhl and other minor league logos and in ehm 07 it shows up as sports interactive logo instead of the team logo anyone know why?

Annoyingly, many of our files on Filefront were lost a few years ago (hence we subsequently moved to SkyDrive). I can't find a backup of this particular pack on my computer and so we would need somebody like the original author to re-upload it. Thankfully this is only one of a very small handful of files to be lost (and they are all typically older/outdated now).
However, you can download many of those logos in individual packs. Try these, for example:
There are loads more NA leagues in the database too. However, I think they more or less cover the logos you were after (I don't think we have any CIS logos unfortunately).
New (old) Rauman Lukko, HC Keski-Uusimaa and new Lempäälän Kisa logo's
Yellow Lukko logo might be too bright but hopefully it will do.

I have been compiling a logo pack for the upcoming FHM game. I could easily resize these for use with your v5 rosters (all playable leagues & some non-playable ones). I'll stick it on my to do list.
Could anybody tell me what the file name should be for the following teams' logos please? I've been trying with and without the various accents but without success.
HC Rebel Havlíčkův Brod KHL Medveščak - Edit: This one was because I inadvertently put the logo in Austria rather than Croatia.
