Was coming here to talk about that. It's already their fourth shutout I think? (Against them ofc) Things are really not looking good there.

Fifth. Sj Ari Col Min Chi. LOL

Ducks suck. Getzlaf, Perry, Kesler 0 goals and 3 points between them.

SIX goals in EIGHT games, and four of them came in one game. So 2 goals in 8 games.

Phoenix in first in Pacific, Anaheim in last. Love that look.

Mike Santorelli leads the DUcks in scoring. A guy Vancouver, Toronto and Nashville all could not find a place for.

I feel sorry for Andersén, he has Vezina worthy numbers and still has no wins because his team can't score. They have scored _ONE_ goal with him in net in five games.

This is a little off-topic but couldn't figure where else to put it.

Former NHL player Andrew Gordon talks about Selänne -->

YEah...not feeling sorry for Anderson. Not after letting in 4 when up 3-0. I kid...I kid...I kind of do, but not really. He is a pro athlete he can handle it and his team...well they are HORRIBLE right now. And the fans are just starting to figure out Bieksa is not very good (That took way too long).

FInally...I guess Carey Price is not god after all? And the Habs are good, but....

1. they played horrible last night.
2. Vancouver played well last night.

Which led to end of what Brandon Prust called MOntreal's "pretty little streak"

Have to laugh though as with 2 assists last night Prust now leads the Canucks in assists with 5.

How is Prust? Looked like he tweaked his ankle pretty bad during the game.

He came back after that Peter so I guess it was that bad.

Also yeah, thought Anaheim was going to win but oh well. :D

No..Prust did not come back after the injury. X Rays show nothing. MRI today. Not going to Dallas.

Aight, it looked super bad as it happened, good that X-rays didn't show anything, no bones broken then i assume?

As I said nothing showed in xray, but MRI will show better than x ray does. Clearly nothing obvious. Canucks do not expect him to play for at least the 2 game trip, and have called up BRendan Gaunce. Also called up Alex Biega as Hamhuis is out with an LBI (if it is groin AGAIN...uh oh)

x-rays will show up high contrast for high density materials (e.g. bones) but low contrast for low density materials (e.g. tissue). Vice versa for MRI

1 month for Prust. Maybe he will still lead the team in assist after that time?! :D

These last few games have been quite disappointing for a Flyers fan :/ 2 losses against BUF and a loss against the Devils.

I am impressed at the fact .... no one....has mentioned a certain player being gone for months on end yet. Well done guys! At least we won't hear too much about that player for a couple weeks, until they start the 2-3 week hype job for his return.

This was a freak injury, but it still....makes me wonder...when NHL teams are going to learn...no matter what an 18 year old looks like (A man-child or not) you are seriously risking serious injury and could end up really affecting that player's career.

The kids do not have fully developed man bodies, and are at risk of more injury playing against men in most cases. AGAIN though...not sure this is the case at this time with this player....but it is something that always worries me.

I'd much rather talk about the horrific leg break for Kelly, could that be the end of his career? Awful luck, hope he recovers well.

Even though that was a freak injury for McDavid as you said, it's quite telling that he gets injured the first time he really gets hit by a man.

I was about to write about it here... after the Oilers game but I somehow forgot about it. :-D

I wouldn't call the board a man. :-D

That broken femur for Kelly was nasty! That's not your every day broken leg either. That's a seriously tough bone to break. I'm pretty sure that's the end of his career. He's 35 now and in the last year of a deal that most people felt paid him WAY too much. He's done for the year. I don't see him as being able to come back next year. Very unlikely, IMO.
