What leagues are you interested in? Where are you from?
Mind you that currently we don't have a huge need for the NHL.

I'm looking to get back involved with research and putting players together for EHM. I have been playing avidly since 2007 and have always created/edited my own database so this aspect of the game is nothing new to me.
I had also helped with the initial release of FHM, though the suck level outweighed the cool level so I became patient in waiting for EHM, which is my JAM!
As far as league's go... I'd definitely be best suited for the BCHL/AJHL/SJHL as well as the Western Hockey League. I live in Edmonton now so I do continue to follow all 4 leagues very closely as I have also broadcasted in 3 of those 4 leagues.
I can be reached at scafe18@gmail.com - Hope to get back helping out soon!

I've got tons of time on my hands and have an absolute love for EHM. Over 1250 hours on it without any idling should be proof enough of this. Willing to help with any league or region, though naturally based on my location I have the most knowledge of the OHL over any leagues not named the NHL or AHL. Extremely excited at the prospect of helping you guys out with this roster, feel free to contact me at savesfordays31@gmail.com (I do not have much knowledge of this site, I've only just recently stumbled upon it, so if there is private message functions and what not, forgive me for not knowing how to use them)

I also have a lot of spare time at the moment and I would love to help you guys. I've played EHM over 1000 hours in Steam and previous versions at least the same time. Liiga and A-Junior SM-liiga are my primary leagues which I could help with, but I also follow SHL and KHL actively. Just let me know if I can help you!

Hey, I'm looking to help out with the rosters please.
I have been doing my own rosters editing, trying to focus on the cleaning up of the database so removing retired players, ensuring all teams having arenas and colours etc and looking at the more neglected leagues such as spain. However i've come to realise i cant really do as much as i'd want to on my own so i really wanna assist in this database

Re: ***** TBL Rosters: Researcher Sign-up Thread *****
I tried once before to start helping you with research, but the problem is that I am not much for on-line communication. I do not use almost any internet chat (or talk) programmes except occasionally Facebook Chat. I would rather work thru' emails as that is the way I have learned to work in professional environment and it is not limited to being online at the same time...
I have worked (for my own fun) already quite a bit in Alps area (Austria, Slovenia, expanding towards Italy and Hungary next).
So far I have only produced player histories which are now ready for every player who is
1) included in TBL 2016/17 DB (no new players created yet)
2) was in the roster of one of these teams in either 2015/16 or 2016/17 season
Inter-National League (now called Alps Hockey League) :
EHC Bregenzerwald
FBI VEU Feldkirch
EHC Alge Elastic Lustenau
EK Zell am See
EC Die Adler Kitzbühel
HC Steelers Kapfenberg (should be named Kapfenberg KSV Eishockey nowadays, has dropped to lower level)
HK Celje (nowadays in Slovenian Elite League)
HK Slavija Ljubljana (nowadays in Slovenian Elite League)
HDD SIJ Acroni Jesenice
Slovenian Elite League :
HK Bled
HDK Maribor
HK Triglav Kranj
Erste Bank Eishockey Liga (EBEL) :
HC Bolzano Foxes
Dornbirner EC Bulldogs
Fehérvár AV19
Graz 99ers
HDD Olimpija Ljubljana (now extinct team, former farm team HK Olimpija Ljubljana will play on in Alps Hockey League)
Orli Znojmo
That comes up as 10,500 lines of player history - probably about 70 % of that being new research and rest existind data from your DB.
The rest of EBEL (6 more teams, 3 of them already researched but not in spreadsheet) will be next. Then I shall move to Italian teams which joined Alps Hockey League for 2016/17 (eight Italian teams in that league)...
Additionally, I have made a spreadsheet for every not-in-database player I run into in my research. At this point there is 103 of those. However, I will need advice concerning how to rate the stats, potential etc. At this point the spreadsheet only includes
- 1st name
- Surname
- Birth Date
- Nationality (also secondary, declared)
- Birth City (if known)
- Classification (they are all players)
- Contracted to
- Playing for
- Contract expiry
- Position(s)
- Player role
- Shoots/Catches
- Jersey number (for some)
- Height
- Weight
And finally - I have been forced to add quite a lot of cities, clubs and even some leagues to get all above to fit in. So I would naturally need to work out spreadsheets for putting these things in order too...
I have to say that the league structure around these countries is pretty confusing and has been undergoing several major changes... F ex the lower levels of Austrian ice hockey need to be coded all-fresh...
So, could some one from team with enough experience/expertise possibly send his email address to me as a personal message here. My board status don't allow me to take personal contact yet.

Hey guys,
I've been playing EHM for some months now and decided I could help you out in Database research. Played 10 years of junior hockey in my hometown Weisswasser which is located in Germany, they're called Lausitzer Fuechse and they play in the second German League (DEL2).
I'd like to help out in Research for German Leagues, DEL, DEL2 and Oberliga. I could also provide Player Faces since i've been using Photoshop for a while.
pleace contact me via skype: lausitzerfuchs
Best regards from Germany

Re: ***** TBL Rosters: Researcher Sign-up Thread *****
Made a little "presentation" of the leagues in this Alps-area (where teams are jumping all over the national borders).
See the file in dropbox-link https://www.dropbox.com/s/x8gsmf84uadrf ... s.odp?dl=0
I don't know if any of those leagues (outside the 4 existing ones) are worth of making playable, but at least they should be updated to hold correct teams and as much of correct rosters as possible.
(note that the teams written in italic do not currently exist in TBL database)
