Go D88 Go!

I feel your pain about finding player info taking 90% of your time. It's the same for me with the facepacks! Actually doing them is quick and easy - but tracking info down on the net is very time consuming. Is there anything we could do to make your life easier?

don't know the faked teams anymore so perhaps you must type the player name into the search field to find them

NOTE: Player Name and Birthdate are Wrong, Nationality, Position and Birthyear are right.
in the History the Team Name is wrong also the number of games played (range between +5/-5). The other stats are right.

That can't be right, can it? I thought his birth year had to be 84? but this guys is 78?

I'm having trouble finding these players, but no luck so far, i'll keep tryin for the benefit of the DB though.

Is it not a possibility that they are just extras to make up the numbers?

Yup, these ones are very hard to find. i've also searched a few hours for them.

the statistics also doesn't help very much, cause the leagues they played in have no stats online (most of it)

Hello Community.
now that TBL is grown to 1000 members i hope we have someone from switzerland around here.
i have a very special project for you. (or anyone who can help me with this.)
i'm updating the swiss leagues and there are a ton of youth players built in. (about 10-15 for each team)
my problem is that the boys have only their stats from 2003-04 inside their history to divide them. these stats are all for the 2003/04 SWISS JUNIOR ELITE A LEAGUE.
i couldn't find ANY junior stats online and asked my frieds from hockeyfans.ch to help me out. (they have superb stats for NLA and B but not for the juniors). they also could not help me out.
MAYBE SOMEONE HERE who has these stats ????

The Players in Ligue Magnus aren't faked as i know (Grenoble etc.) but the team names and leagues are.
i've changed all Team Names in the Game and Ligue Magnus. (div 1 and 2 are named also in RL as i saw)
but theres a problem for the div 1 league who has now 16 teams but in the game it's divided to div.1 and div.2 with each 8 Teams. you can't change the number of teams playing in a league (hardcoded). so it must stay that way

The number of teams in non-playable leagues does not matter as far as I know. We have changed incorrect stuff in this department in the unfaking alot of times.

1. Is the order and naming of the finnish leagues right?
SM-League
Mestis League
Suomi Division
Second Division ?
Lower League ?
Junior League ?

2. i couldn't find 3 real team names for the following lower league teams:
Ivalo
Kellokoski
Pitäjämäki
..seems that this are no towns, maybe districts of bigger cities ??? (helsinki, turku)

3.These two teams have two names - which is the one that is used most??
MaKo Tampere or HC Montreal
Hyvinkää Storm or Ahmat Hyvinkää

Mestis League -

Suomi Division - Suomi-Sarja

Second Division ?- II Divisioona

Lower League ? - Can stretch from III Divisioona to V Divisioona for nine different regions.

Junior League ? There are seven groups of Junior: SM-liiga Group 1, SM-liiga Group 2, I divisioona Group 1, I divisioona
Group 2, II divisioona Group 1, II divisioona Group 2, II divisioona Group 3

Pitäjämäki - There is a district in Helsinki that´s called Pitäjämäki

This is what i found:

Pitäjänmäki apparently is a team called Pitäjänmäen Tarmo (in short PiTa), Kellokoski is Kellokosken Alku (in short KelA) and Ivalo is Tunturi-Kiekko (TuKi). Atleast i think these are the correct names.

I think it's Hyvinkään Ahmat rather than hyvinkää Storm and HC Montreal over MaKo Tampere.

Hope this was atleast somewhat useful.
