Minus in this db is that you have to make lots of player histories, for example Jari Kurri don't have history.

Just lost the Stanley Cup final 4-2 to Blue Jackets(!) the first season, on default db.. They swept both the sharks and stars and went 16-4 in the playoffs without really having a 'great' team

I've had it happen a few times now and then. There's not much you can do except do some call ups and hope whomever's away loses in the prelims. I actually think it's kinda interesting to see how your team plays when missing a few key components.

I played with Avalanche and Kings in 98-99db and I wanted Deadmarsh to LA, so i made trade with my other team. Deadmarsh (av. rat. 7,9) scored 72 points for Avalanche, which was 2nd in its conference. Kings was 12th at its conference, MacLean played 53 games in AHL and scored 96 points (av. rat. 9,16), Bodger scored 3+6 in NHL but he had Kings 3rd best +/- (av. rat. 6,96) and Laperriere played at Kings 3rd/4th line scoring 25 points (av. rat. 6,9).
I think trade is fair. But Kings GM said that Deadmarsh shouldn't be part of the deal (it reads in trading window)

. He wanted to trade MacLean, Bodger and Laperriere for 3rd round pick

.

I'd say he's seriously overpayed

First I thought, yeah Drury always got this salary...and...?

Is he got only 3 min of play per game? darn 3 assist in 40 games and 6 of rating. He can do better than that.

Yeah, he was on the fourth line. No one claimed him off of waivers, so he got sent down to Hartford, where he is doing a bit better.

I haven't seen anybody retiring at young age like this (Dave Gagner was only 34): Note! This is 98-99db .
I have ever seen these kind of text

There's other (and few weeks older) pic from trade deadline. Kyle McLaren played 77 games in Boston scoring 8+46=54, +/- 0, 154 pms, av. rat. 8,05.
I really liked that trade

What's so funny/weird with these screenshots, Jypfan?
And why did you blank GM name out?
Oh, and btw: did you know that you can edit your post within 15 minutes after posting it? I have noticed in many of your posts you don't know this.

He hasn't seen it before. I've seen someone posted a screenshot where some player has "Future: Likes team's playing style." Not anything strange, but first time it may be weird.
McQwak wrote:And why did you blank GM name out?
I bet he has put his real name into the game, and he doesn't want to show it in the internet. I do the same thing if I post a screenshot.

Yes i use sometimes my real name. When i use random name, i don't want anybody to see them.
P.s. I don't mean those random names are funny or vulgar or anything like that.

It's the first time too I see someone from Singapore. Did he's been draft or something like this?
