Just got EHM 2007.

Hey guys,
hope you can help. I've browsed the forums and really suffering from information overload.
I have just moved house and at a bottom of a box found my EHM2007 disk! I am delighted as thought it was long gone. I tried to install it but license code but had reached the limit. Emailed the awesome e-license people and my codes are reset and sorted, that only took 2 days!! They really are good.
What I want to do is get the game bang up to date with rosters and updates. Would anyone mind doing a step by step guide to get my game from out of the box to 2013 ready?
