I'm wondering how some of you have set thier matches. With the settings. I've put all choices on the fastest. So the matches just fly by.

Why not just let your coach take over then?

What are your settings?
And on a remark to your comment...I actually never thought of that.

We were discussing this in our Montreal Challenge thread recently. It comes down to personal preference I think but there are some advantages that I see to having them set as I do with Fast Clock, Very Fast Commentary and All Details. You can see if you're being "bottled up" too much and change to a maybe a passing or dump and chase style to combat it, it also gives you a sense of if your goalie was givign up "bad" goals or if your defense was allowing to many breaks exposing your 'tender too much. In general I think it gives you a better sense of how your team is actually playing. You can also check to see what condition people are in between periods and keep them from playing any more time with a potential injury that might put them out for a week or worse.

Ufff, I try sometimes to "watch" the game with all the details and slow speed. Normally in important games or playoffs, but its sooooooooooooo slow that I cant hold on.
At the beginning I didnt watch the games at all, but then, reading Minty it was, I tried to "watch" the game in fast speed, but at least I see it.
And I think it helped out in some situations, like Minty has mentioned above.
First its real fast, but with time and practice u can pretty much see whats happening on the ice.

It does take a few games for your brain to catch on to the very fast commentary

But eventually you can catch the ebb and flow of the game, see if you're being pinned in your end for long periods, if one of your defenseman seems to enjoy passing to the other team instead of your when trying to clear the zone

stuff like that.

<--- Minty = me = short for Minstrel

So he was saying that he was reading a message by me talking about watching games.

Sometimes if you lick the screen when the game is playing it freshens your breath. Sometimes.
