EHM 2007 Wont Load

Ive been looking all over for some assistance but cant seem to find anything...
I am running EHM 2007 with the 3.0.4 patch on my bootcamp Windows 7. Everything seems to be installed fine but the game wont open even when open as administrator...
Ive already reinstalled it once and the same problem happens
Any help
