game bug and crash

Hi, i have 2 bug and 1 repetitive crash with the games
first-- when i start a new game unemployed, i have only offers from england league,everytime ......
second---in the QHJML league, in reality, each team can have only 2 players with age of 20, in the game i can full a team with 20 years players....
and i have a game in my second season , i can't pass the july 1st at 62% of loading.....everytime....
can you help me for the game crash please ??
