Flair and Poise

What does flair do to a player? I notice that when a player has high attribute in flair he will be described as a flashy player. But what does it really mean in gamming language (how does it change a player)?
I've always pay much attention to scout reports. But one thing I dont really get is what is POISE? What's the difference between a player with A+ poise and a player with C+ poise?

Flair is how likely players are to try skills or hard tricks. For example if a player has 20 deking but 0 flair then he will be able to do skills well but he won't do them very often, whereas If he has 20 flair but 0 deking then he will try skills often but probably not succesfully. Flair dictates how likely they are to try difficult shots as well.

Flair according to the manual is "How likely the player is to show off and try the unexpected" so a guy like Kovalchuk is way up there in flair while a defensive 'stay at home' defender would be expected to be low in flair.
Poise, though not detailed in the manual is how a player "carries himself". Players with very high poise are often veteran leaders. They've seen it all before and the pressure of big game situations don't rattle them. They are very confident in their abilities and are calm, cool and collected.
A good example of this is when you watch a game and a player takes that extra second to read where the opposing players are at before clearing his zone. A younger player might get more anxious and just try to fire the puck out hard and hope for the best; his lack of poise means he doesn't realize he has more time to make a play.
Highly poised players won't get frustrated when things don't go their way too. It would be rare to see a higly poised player get an unsportsmanlike penalty for arguing a penalty for example.

Poise is also a KEY stat for goalies, for obvious reasons. If your goalie is all 20s in attributes but has a low poise value, when he gets beaten once you can expect him to let two or three or more goals in before the final buzzer. In fact, poise should maybe be even more important than it appears to be in the game...look at the Cup Finals on right now and see how Cam Ward handles allowing an early goal and compare that to how Jussi Maarkanen handles it. 2-1 final against for the former, 5-0 final against for the later. That's all poise right there, especially considering the erratic style Ward plays with (same deal with Roloson before game 1).

What attributes dictate the grading of Poise? I've tried to find the one attribute that influences poise but it seems that there are more than one. Help needed! Thx

I'm not sure it depends of an attribute... Players ain't just a couple of attributes that you can see, there's some hidden ones
I don't know if poise is really one of the hidden ones (even if we have an indication in the report),but there's a high possibility...

Yes, I was talking about all the attributes in the save game editor. Sorry if I didnt make it clear.
I tried to find any patterns that lead to high poise grade from many attributes but I have no luck. Because originally, I was trying to tweak the 06 draft class so they will reflect what their real attributes are and I want to give Toews and Staal high poise.
It seems that poise comes with age in the current version of EHM, since I have not found a young player that has high poise (A level), but I could be wrong.
