Is it possible to rename the divisions and realign the divisions the way they are made in the NHL currently?

Just curious...what aspect of the NHL divisions/alignment in EHM aren't correct?

I'm surprised to hear the NHL's not correct now; I guess I thought with the new editing capabilities, editing divisions/alignment was doable, though not "easy" to do (i.e. no "wizard" doing it for you, and no guide/manual to follow)

No.... its not a matter of the alignment being wrong..... that's good..... I just want to play with maybe..... an all Canadian division..... teams on the east coast aligned with the west coast in an all travel division..... stuff like that...

It depends on when you want to do it. I read the thread title as being a mid-game realignment (i.e. a saved game). But if you just want to edit things in the database before starting a new game then, yes, it is possible. I'm on my mobile and cannot post the link to the thread, but there is a basic guide in the Data Editing Forum. It is not a very user friendly experience right now though.

Thanks for the replies! I had thought the OP referred to EHM1 (and a database edit not a saved game), but looking at the post dates today I think the OP was referring to EHM07

I think you're right - OP's query pre-dates EHM 1. I just assume Smylie is referring to EHM 1 but I might be mistaken.
