Penalty shot assist bug

Player being awarded a penalty shot assist when he wasn't on the ice when the penalty was called.

The ASSIST was awarded to his stats so it wasnt just a display error. Oh and disregard the fact Tootoo was actually able to break away. I can handle bizzare but thats just totally too far out there for me to think about.
