EHM 2007 CD Version Patch

I finally got my hands on the CD version of EHM 2007, however the update function in the game redirects to a patch URL that no longer exists.
Do the CD version and digital download versions use the same patch, or are there different files? If so, does anyone have the CD version of the patch archived anywhere?
