2046 Draft Vote

Please vote as soon as you can
. The 22nd/23rd weekend was considered however given 3-4 days are needed for draft preparation, and Round 2 May end on Saturday, Nov 15th, things may get too tight for those dates to work. The 29th/30th is US thanksgiving weekend - more time as such for GMs to prep a list if needed
