Help with tactics

Hey im All New to the game. I started with ducks but I have absolutly No idea What the things on the tactic screen Does. Would one of you bedre kind and explain every Thing for me ?

just tried to open it after download, its all blank pages

Oh, I had to test it myself. There seems to be an error in the PDF.

Seems to be so. Perhaps another case of files getting corrupt since the server move. Archi will fix it, if that's the case.

I hope so. Because i am really struggeling with the tactics. Ducks should be a top 4 team in there league. But right now i have a hard time just maintain 8th.
