EHM The Blue Line

I realized yesterday that you can see the changed attributes on a player in the practice screen and the better the coach, the better the progression. So I just wanted to know if any of the mentals are factored in and that kind of stuff.

I'm playing as the GM of the Quebec Remparts of the QJML so is it different from progression in the higher up leagues like NHL?

IN some cases yes. Not as fast maybe because coaches are not as strong level. Also some of the players may still be growing..this has not been confirmed in EHM EA yet what their growth patterns are. The kids sometimes cannot handle as intense practices as the adults and do not improve. However....the skating attributes and the technical attributes can increase rapidly during this time frame, it is just you are starting at the lower level. And yes mentals do affect development I believe.
