Setting Team Needs (Trades)

Hey guys where can I find this?
From your roster screen, it's under the "Actions" menu in the upper-right corner.
Actions > Set Team Needs

Can someone explain what this function does? I have tried using it, but it seems nothing happens

I think the AI GMs will tend to offer players in the required positions when a trade offer is made to you, or you "offer to all" one of your players.Zuuuke wrote:Can someone explain what this function does? I have tried using it, but it seems nothing happens

I have found that the GMs offer what they want to offer no matter what your setting is.....the only sure fire way to get something specific is if you say build through the draft they will offer picks. But even that is flawed. I would think 29 unique GMs would produce different offers based on their own team needs but invariably you get very similar or identical offers from multiple teams. I smell collusion
