Where do I go to see all free agent players and scouts?

Where do I go to see all free agent players and scouts? I am kind of loss. Thanks!
G'day gigispeed,
Click on your GM name - scouting - player search - filters - "list NHL free agents"
For staff - GM name - scouting - staff search - filters - configure - job (within the general tab) - select "Scout"
