EHM The Blue Line

Hey all,
I'm new to the game. Been playing it like crazy for about a week. I was fired by the Red Wings after my second season of being GM, now I've been simming for 4 full seasons and no one has hired me. I apply for every open position and nothing..Maybe a bug with early access?
Just wondering if anyone experiences this..

Not a bug. Likely poor reputation and since fired by Wings, did not help any.

Yeah.... if you don't have a high reputation, you'll have to spend some time in the minors in order to get hired back.

Also if you fail as a GM....you are not likely to get hired by the same league or even the one right below it. have to build rep.

How do I go about applying for other leagues? I only get updates for NHL/international openings.

You can only apply for other leagues if you have the selected to be playable.

Is there anyway to change those settings in game or is it only when you first start a new game?

Only when you first start a game, I'm afraid. All you can do mid-game is switch a league from Enhanced to View Only and vice versa.
