Two teams without a manager in nearly one year

On me and my brother has a game and on that Charlotte (ECHL) and Björklöven (Swedish Allsvenskan) fired their managers in december 2005 and now we are in december 2006. I have applied for the job in Charlotte but they don't answer my apply. How can this happen? Is their assisting manager that good....

Whats your reputation???
I have noticed that if your reputation isnt that high, some teams wont anwer your apply or they keep searching....
Dont know, maybe it has to do with that....

I've seen this too. It was in an earlier save-game, but I was with Kitchener for about 5-6 years and doing very well. I then took an open job with the Phantoms in the AHL. The Kitchener job remained open for about a year before I decided to go back. I applied, and it took over a year for them to reply saying that they want to give me the job. Even more odd was that by the time Kitchener had accepted my application, I was already with Erie for several months. I guess maybe Kitchener still gets all their news via telegram.

Yeah, seen it happen with NHL teams as well. It also happens on FM so it's an SI thing!

I got the job in Björklöven. It took a whole year after I applied. This is something that must be fixed to EHM2007.
