I've finished my first season, but I've ended up starting the next season without any pre-season games arranged - I've checked my settings and they are definitely set for the board to organise pre-season games, they've just failed to do so.
Anyone else experienced this bug?

There is a bug thread. Please check out guidelines for this. And yes, it is known and corrected in latest update, may or may not work in a continued game.
