Fighting settings not working?

I've got my players set to fighting = "not allowed", but they're still fighting. I'd have said that's a pretty self explanatory setting so have I missed something?

Corey Perry got Datsyuk to fight one time
Could just be they have really bad composure or sportsmanship or something of the sort

Do you have any players on allowed? You need to, otherwise the "not allowed" players will end up dropping the gloves.

And occasionally even if you do have allowed on a few guys. A goon comes out against you he may attack someone not allowed if noone out there who is allowed.
FIghting though has been tuned in this patch...I have Sestito on my roster on berserk/encouraged. He has had 5 fights and only was kicked out once. IN past builds he would have been tossed all 5 times and serving super ridiculous suspensions.

That would be it. I don't have any tough guys to fight so I want them to stay out of it and let the other team take the penalties!
I'll have to search through and find someone.
