With EHM:EA such players are now "hidden" until age 14 (but they're still there!)

If there a way to edit the Tbl 7.3 rosters on your own?

Yes, by editing the EHM07 database and then importing it into EHM:EA.

To edit the 2007 database you use the Pregame Editor http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... =88&t=6745 or the EHM Updater http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... 10&t=11154
For small/minor changes the Pregame Editor is usually easier to use, for any more/significant changes the EHM Updater is the way to go

FYI - apparently the new Player Roles don't really work with the Pregame Editor/the Pregame Editor erases Player Roles that are set
The EHM Updater is the tool to use for Player Roles (and I recommend its use in general!)
Currently the Player Roles aren't set for most players in the TBL Rosters (that'll change with the next roster release, no ETA yet)

If you decide to do any editing you'll likely be interested in the Data Editing Forum http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... .php?f=110
